Outreach and Education

Councilmember Brown remains an advocate for safe, decent and sanitary neighborhoods. He also remains committed to ensuring that Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, Citizens and Civic Associations, and other neighborhood stakeholders, are engaged in governmental decisions impacting quality of life issues, from economic development to education, employment and small business opportunities. To accomplish this, access to information is a vital key to participatory democracy.
